Due to high demand, artwork orders are custom-made and ship within approximately 10 business days (2 weeks) for most sizes within the USA. For XXXL Masterpiece orders and international shipments to the EU, Australia, and UK, the timeframe extends to approximately 3 weeks.

Some of our vintage photographs were shot on 35mm film across the decades and have been drum scanned using the highest technology to bring out the finest resolution and image sharpness possible.
Please note: some of these images may contain an extra level of film grain.
Every artwork is custom, which means it’s made to order, just for you or your collector. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event an artwork arrives damaged or less than perfect, please notify us immediately via email at hello@wheelercollctive.com within 48 hours with documented visible images of the artwork, the issue and the box it arrived in.
We will assess the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution, which may include a simple local repair or entire replacement of the artwork.
Please note we are not responsible for any artwork that has been unboxed and hung on your wall prior to consulting us with a defective issue.
Missing Orders
We are not responsible for any stolen or missing artworks that have been delivered to the shipping address with proof of delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for replacing artworks reported as not located outside of a 48-hour window from the documented delivery date.
We are pleased to offer our artworks as "print only" (unframed), allowing you the flexibility to customize and frame your favorite images to suit your style.
To request a print-only order:

2. Forward your confirmation email to our team with the details of your print-only request.
Each print will be carefully crafted on premium artist-grade paper, including an additional 3-inch white border for framing flexibility. Your artwork will be expertly rolled and shipped worldwide in secure, protective tubes to ensure its safe arrival.
Please note: The pricing for print-only requests is the same as our framed artworks. This ensures you receive the same exceptional quality and attention to detail, whether framed or unframed.
